BADMINTON COACHING - DEVELOPMENT SQUAD
Our Development Squad provides targeted, performance-focused coaching for players ready to commit to measurable improvement. Led by registered Badminton Australia coaches, this program emphasises technique, conditioning, discipline, and competitive readiness within a safe, community-oriented, not‑for‑profit club (est. 1983).
What to Expect - Development Squad
Coaching is conducted in small skill level groups, ensuring all students receive considerable court time with our qualified coaches over a 120-minute session.
Three progressive levels: Foundation, Intermediate, Advanced.
Structured sessions: technique fundamentals, complex footwork, rally strategy, and high-pressure drills.
High-intensity fitness and endurance work integrated into training.
Regular performance assessments and clear development milestones.
Strong emphasis on accountability, consistent attendance, and at-home practice
Qualified & Safe Leadership:Your child’s development is guided by qualified, child-safe coaches trained in best-practice safeguarding. We prioritise a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all young players.
