To ensure the safety of all our members—particularly our juniors—and to keep the information clear and professional, the MPB WhatsApp group operates under the following rules:

• 1. Broadcast Only: To keep your notifications quiet, these groups are "Admin Only." You won't be spammed by 500 people chatting; you only receive official news from the MPB Committee.

• 2. Safeguarding: In line with our Child Safe Standards, these groups are monitored. Discussion is disabled to ensure a safe digital environment for all ages.

• 3. Privacy: Your number is visible to other members in the group. By joining, you consent to this visibility within our secure club community.

• 4. No Solicitation: We have a zero-tolerance policy for external advertising or private messaging members for commercial purposes.
